Animal protection

A mare complains to a cow:

–   The farmer has completely worn me out: he harnesses me to the plough to plough the land, to the cart to carry hay, not a single day off!

–   Then write a complaint to the animal protection society.

–   Are you serious? If he find out I can write, they’ll make me do the bookkeeping too.
